What is Christian Life Coaching?
It is important to know that life coaches are not mentors, consultants, or therapists. Coaching focuses on making the future that a client wishes to achieve SMART. Specific- Measurable- Achievable- Realistic &- Time-Bound. It is taking clients from where they are to where they want to be.
A Christian life coach aids in finding your divine purpose, fostering spiritual growth, and living a life aligned with your faith, values, and passions.
How Does Coaching Work?
The coach and client will have an initial consultation. The coach and client will customize a plan of action based on the client’s needs. Afterwards, one-on-one sessions are arranged through Zoom or in person.
How long is a session?
An average session lasts 60 minutes or more, depending on the needs of the client.
Are discussions confidential?
Coaches are required to maintain confidentiality during coaching relationships by not divulging any information obtained from clients without their consent. Lacking empathy and compassion for the client’s needs—can lead to unethical conduct including breach of confidentiality.
How do you know if you have the right coach?
The initial intake process allows the client and coach to find out if they are a right fit. During the intake session, if the client does not feel safe and free to explore himself or herself, most likely the coach will not be a suitable match.
What will Christian life coaching do for you?
Providing a safe space for clients to explore their desires will allow them to flourish. Focusing on the whole person–heart, mind, body, and spirit–will allow individuals to explore and evaluate what is most meaningful to them. One will gain new insights & overcome obstacles that stand in the way.

A client will know that coaching worked when he or she takes action on things that seemed impossible before coaching. They view their goals from a different perspective. Their efforts are maximized by using the tools they have been given.

Boot camp is a challenging program that takes consistency, determination, and perseverance. It is about building walls up for protection and defeating the wiles of the enemy against his schemes. It is about pushing past the mental blocks and physical boundaries that hold a person back each day.
